  • The preparation of land for the planting and pruning of wine grape vines.

  • The care, growth, treatment, picking, and harvest of wine grapes associated with a vineyard.

  • The bottling, packaging, storage, or despatch of wine, brandy, other portable spirits, liqueurs, vinegar, or grape juice associated with a winery.

  • The packaging, storage, and dispatching of wine or grape spirit from a warehouse facility or storage location connected with a winery.
