Depends on what sector you work in and where you work. If you work in grape picking for a wine farm, your pay is in the wine award. but if you work in a different sector it could be under a different award. there are also some places where there might be an enterprise agreement there. your employer has to tell you and you can ask. you can also google fairwork commission in australia for info. in new zeland it's dfferent - theres a minmimum wage and your employment agreement with where you work
